Gold futures down 1.95% in noon trade; silver lower by 3%

Precious metals are trading declined in noon trade on Tuesday. October 2013 gold futures at the MCX were trading down 1.95% at Rs 30,558 per 10 grams at 12.20 p.m. It opened at Rs 31,175.

September 2013 silver futures at the MCX were trading down 3% at Rs 49,676 per 1 kg after hitting high of Rs 51,145. It opened at Rs 51,145.
