Rupee hits record low, breaches 60 level against dollar

Indian rupee witnessed an all time low by crossing level of 60 against US dollar on Wednesday on reports of banks' stop losses has triggered. 

Rupee went down 1.14% to trade at 60.34 against dollar. It has touched a high of 59.72 and a low of 60.37 after opening at Rs 59.70.

On Tuesday, rupee settled at Rs 59.66 against dollar.
