Tata Motors, India's largest automobile company, announced the global wholesales, including Jaguar Land Rover, were at 98,837 units in Feburary 2013, down 22.37%. Cumulative wholesale for the fiscal were 1,080,421 units.
Global wholesales of all commercial vehicals- Tata, Tata Daewoo and the Tata Hispano Carrocera range- were 52,175 units. Cumulative commercial vehicles wholesales for the fiscal are 535,109 units.
Global wholesalers of all passenger vehicals were 46,662 nos. Cumulative passenger vehicals wholesalers for the fiscal are 5,45,312 units.
Global wholesalers of Tata passenger vehicles were 11,177 nos. Cumulative wholesales of the fiscal are 2,15,932 units.
Global wholesales for Jaguar Land Rover were 35,485 vehicles, up 10%. Jaguar wholesales for the month were 7,102 and cumuative wholesalers are 50,191 vehicles, while Land Rover wholesales for the month were 28,383 and cumulative wholesalers are 2,79,380 vehicales.
Shares of Tata Motors (Q,N,C,F)* declined Rs 3.2, or 1.05%, to trade at Rs 301.10. The total volume of shares traded was 909,907 at the BSE (12.17 p.m., Wednesday).
