FIIs net buy Rs 8.27 bn, DIIs net sell Rs 9.9 bn

Foreign Institutional Investors (FIIs) were net buyers in the equity segment worth Rs 8.27 billion on both BSE and NSE on February 7, as per provisional data available at NSE. They bought equities worth Rs 31.21 billion and sold equities worth Rs 22.94 billion.

While, Domestic Institutional Investors (DIIs include banks, DFIs, Insurance and MFs) were net sellers in the equity segment worth Rs 9.9 billion on both the BSE and the NSE on February 7, as per provisional data available at the NSE. They bought equities worth Rs 8.27 billion and sold equities worth Rs 18.17 billion.
