FIIs buy equities worth Rs 41.29 bn

Foreign Institutional Investors (FIIs) turned net buyers in the equity segment worth Rs 12.37 billion on both the BSE and the NSE on October 31, as per provisional data available at NSE. They bought equities worth Rs 41.29 billion and sold equities worth Rs 28.92 billion.

While, Domestic Institutional Investors (DIIs include banks, DFIs, Insurance and MFs) turned net sellers in the equity segment worth Rs 7,396.6 million on both the BSE and the NSE on October 31, as per provisional data available at the NSE. They bought equities worth Rs 14,107.6 million and sold equities worth Rs 6,711 million.
