A meeting of the board of directors of Ind Swift Laboratories (Q, N,C,F)* will be held on Mar. 14, 2008, to consider and approve the allotment of 2.5 million Zero Coupon Convertible Warrants (ZCCW`s) to promoter Group company and other corporate bodies at a price of Rs 70 a warrant.
The company manufactures a wide range of solid, liquid, semi liquid forms, capsule, tablets, dry/liquid injectable eye/ear drops, oral solution, and creams/gels. Its products are used in the macrolide antibiotic, antiallergy, cardiovascular, diabetology, and antiulcerant therapeutic sector.

Shares of the company closed down Rs 1.20, or 2.38%, at Rs 49.25. The total volume of shares traded at the BSE was 57,752. (Monday).
