Gamma Infoway Exalt ventured into systems and network integration sector with training support. The company has also launched a nation-wide IT training center for systems and network integration.

To provide services throughout India, the company has launched an all-over-India franchisee scheme. The company plans to open its own corporate training centers at Mumbai, Pune and Surat. Projected annual income generated from corporate centers is expected to be Rs 4.05 million to Rs 10 million.

The remaining 25 centers will be executed through franchisees. Following are the cities short listed for the same. Nashik, Aurangabad, Chiplun, Kolhapur, Amravati, Nagpur, Jalgaon, Baroda, Rajkot, Bhavnagar, Raipur, Bhopal, Indore, Chandigarh, Patna, Guwahati, Shillong, Triuvanathapurani, Kochi, Delhi, Chennai, Kolkatta, Hyderabad & Bangalore.

Projected annual income generated from franchisee centers is expected to be Rs 37.6 million to Rs 100.4 million. Projected profits for year 2008-2011 would be as follows:

2008-2009: Rs 70.3 million
2009-2010: Rs 78.8 million
2010-2011: Rs 88.3 million

Projected revenue generated from systems and network integration sector is as follows:

Rs 220 million - 2008-2009
Rs 264 million - 2009-2010
Rs 316 million - 2010-2011

The company plans to open this network consultancy and support systems throughout India under the program `GET CONNECTED`. Turnover for `GET CONNECTED` project is estimated to be Rs 600 millions. Approximate profit margins are up to Rs 200 millions.

The company would be shortly introducing preferential shares allotment of 9.5 million shares amounting to Rs 95 million.

Shares of the company gained Rs 0.3, or 4.98%, to trade at Rs 6.33. The total volume of shares traded was 20,946 at the BSE. (2.42 p.m., Wednesday)
