Steel Strips Wheels (SSWL), a producer of automobile wheel rims, on January 15 has bagged firm exports orders for over 26,000 wheels from Europe.
The company has plans to execute the order in the month of March from its Chennai plant. The approximate value of the order is over USD 206,000.
Orders of similar capacity are anticipated from similar customers as businesses continue to recover rapidly, the company said.
Earlier this month, the company on January 8 has bagged new export orders for over 93,000 wheels. The approximate value of the order is over USD 1.1 million or Rs 81.4 million.
Shares of the company declined Rs 17.85, or 2.71%, to settle at Rs 639.90. The total volume of shares traded was 5,103 at the BSE (Friday).
