Salasar Techno Engineering, engaged in steel fabrication and infrastructure construction services has incorporated LLP namely Salasar Adorus Infra LLP on Jan. 2, 2021.

The company holds 51% shareholding in the newly incorporated firm.

The LLP incorporated by Salasar Techno Engineering (51% contribution) and Adorus Advisors (49%) will deal in all kinds of infra projects which include railways and tramways, canals and its associated infrastructure, company said.

Shares of the company gained Rs 8, or 3.27%, to settle  at  Rs 252.80.  The total volume of shares traded  was  18,763 at  the BSE (Tuesday).
