Prataap Snacks gets approval under Production Linked Incentive Scheme

Prataap Snacks (PSL) is Indore-based Indian Snack Food Company has received approval under Production Linked Incentive (PLI) Scheme of Government of India for Food Processing Industry. It has been granted approval under Production Linked Incentive (PLI) Scheme - Category - I, Segment - Ready to Cook/Ready to Eat (RTC/RTE). Approval for sales based incentive. The incentive would be payable on incremental sales of eligible products over the base year sales as defined in the PLI Scheme.

 

PLI Scheme aimed to incentivise manufacturing of four major food product segments viz. Ready to Cook/Ready to Eat (RTC/RTE) including millet-based foods, Processed Fruits & Vegetables, Marine Products & Mozzarella Cheese in India.

 

Shares of the company gained Rs 2.55, or 0.32%, to trade at Rs 793.50.  The total volume of shares traded was 16,450 at the BSE (3.10 p.m, Tuesday).
