NBCC has signed an agreement with the Republic of Mauritius for project management services for construction of social housing units in Mauritius on March 20, 2017.

The value of the project is around USD 22 million (Rs 1.50 billion), having completion period of 18 months.

NBCC (India) is one of the few public sector companies engaged in the business of project management consultancy services for civil construction projects (PMC), civil infrastructure for power sector and real estate development.

Total volume of shares traded on the bourses today was lower by 64.62% to 824,530 compared with 22-day average volume of 2,330,526.

Shares of the company gained Rs 0.85, or 0.48%, to trade at Rs 176.75. The total volume of shares traded was 130,734 at the BSE (2.52 p.m., Tuesday).
