IRB Infrastructure Developers announced that Kishangarh Gulabpura Tollway-Wholly-owned Subsidiary of the Company ('the SPV'), has received Appointed Date from the Competent Authority.

Accordingly, the SPV has commenced toll collection and construction on the Project from February 21, 2018. The Rs 15.26 billion NHAI road project is being implemented in state of Rajasthan.

The stock had outperformed the market over the past one month till Feb. 20, 2018, falling 4.71% compared with the Sensex's 5.09% decline.  It underperformed the market in past one quarter, declining 3.28% as against 1.03% rise in the Sensex.

Shares of the company gained Rs 0.55, or 0.25%, to trade at  Rs 222.25.  The total volume of shares traded  was  12,934 at the BSE (9.30 a.m., Wednesday).
