IL&FS Engineering and Construction, an infrastructure development and project management company, announced that the company has bagged road projects worth Rs 6.75 billion from Ministry of Road Transport and Highways (MoRTH).
The company said, "This project is for rehabilitation and upgradation to two lanes with paved shoulders configuration and strengthening of Birpur-Bihpur Section (from km. 0.0 to km 106) of NH-106 in the state of Bihar under Phase-I of NHDP."
"The project involves engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) with a completion period of 36 months," it added.
Shares of the company declined Rs 0.8, or 1.31%, to settle at Rs 60.05. The total volume of shares traded was 16,170 at the BSE (Tuesday).
