Dilip Buildcon (DBL) has been declared L-1 bidder for a new EPC Project valued at Rs 3.80 billion by the National Highways Authority of India in the State of Karnataka.

In accordance with the provisions of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we are pleased to inform you that Company has been declared L-1 bidder by the National Highways Authority of India (NHAI) for a new EPC Project in the State of Karnataka.

Further, as per company's Code of Conduct of Prevention of insider trading and pursuant to Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 as amended from time to time, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company by its designated employees, directors and promoters shall remain closed from February 20, 2018 to February 22, 2018 (both days inclusive).

Shares of the company gained Rs 24.55, or 2.68%, to trade at  Rs 929.00.  The total volume of shares traded  was  0 at the BSE (9.07 a.m., Wednesday).
