Sensex ends 156 points lower; Nifty settles at 10,741-mark

Indian equities ended lower on Wednesday. At the close, the benchmark 30-share index, BSE Sensex declined 156.06 or 0.44% at 35,387.88 with 19 components registering drop. Meanwhile, the broad based NSE Nifty went down by 60.75 or 0.56% at 10,741.10 with 37 components registering drop.
