Crude oil prices closed lower in futures market on Monday, as worries about U.S. output growth persisted.
Light sweet crude oil (WTI) futures lost 0.54 dollar or 1.2 percent to close at USD 44.43 a barrel at the New York-based commodity exchange NYMEX.
Brent crude oil futures lost 0.46 dollar or 0.97 percent to close at USD 46.91 a barrel at NYMEX. WTI-Brent spread was stable on Jun-2017.
Natural gas futures remained flat at 2.917 a gallon at the NYMEX. RBOB gasoline futures remained flat at 1.445 a gallon at the NYMEX.
In refined products, RBOB heating oil futures remained flat at 1.419 a gallon at the NYMEX.
