European stock markets are trading marginally lower on Thursday as markets were still jittery after the terrorist attack perpetrated in London on Wednesday and as investors continued to focus on U.S. president Donald Trump's policies.
Europe's leading Blue-chip index, EURO STOXX 50 lost 5.44 points or 0.16 percent to trade at 3,415.26. UK's benchmark index FTSE 100 lost 6.29 points or 0.09 percent to trade at 7,318.43.
Meanwhile, Germany's benchmark index DAX lost 5.89 points or 0.05 percent to trade at 11,898.23. French benchmark index CAC 40 declined 12.10 points or 0.24 percent to trade at 4,982.60.
On Wednesday, European stock markets settled lower. Europe's leading Blue-chip index, EURO STOXX 50 fell 8.92 points or 0.26 percent to settle at 3,420.70. UK's benchmark index FTSE 100 declined 53.62 points or 0.73 percent to close at 7,324.72.
