European stock markets are trading higher on Tuesday as investors appeared to shrug off concerns over a gathering political crisis in the United States and focused on improving economic conditions.
Europe's leading Blue-chip index, EURO STOXX 50 went up 9.99 points or 0.31 percent to trade at 3,272.71. UK's benchmark index FTSE 100 rose 17.09 points or 0.24 percent to trade at 7,135.57.
Meanwhile, Germany's benchmark index DAX went up 27.79 points or 0.24 percent to trade at 11,709.68. French benchmark index CAC 40 gained 13.12 points or 0.27 percent to trade at 4,797.76.
