European stock markets are trading higher on Wednesday. Europe's leading Blue-chip index, EURO STOXX 50 went up 21.62 points or 0.72 percent to trade at 3,038.42. UK's benchmark index FTSE 100 went up 1.35 points or 0.02 percent to trade at 6,773.35.

Meanwhile, Germany's benchmark index DAX gained 37.82 points or 0.36 percent to trade at 10,620.49. French benchmark index CAC 40 gained 41.07 points or 0.91 percent to trade at 4,551.46.

On Tuesday, European stock markets closed mixed. Europe's leading Blue-chip index, EURO STOXX 50 went up 21.62 points or 0.72 percent to settle at 3,038.42. On the other hand, UK's benchmark index FTSE 100 fell 27.47 points or 0.4 percent to close at 6,772.00.
