US stock markets closed sharply higher on Friday. The Dow Jones Industrial Average gained 183.54 points or 1.03 percent to settle at 18,024.06.

While NASDAQ 100 index rose 64.80 points or 1.47 percent to close at 4,479.06.  The index has seen a high of 4,479.06 and a low of 4,435.24 after opening at 4,437.70.

The broader S&P 500 index gained 22.78 points or 1.09 percent to end at 2,108.29.  The index has registered a high of 2,108.41 and a low of 2,087.38 after opening at 2,087.38.
