European stock markets are trading lower on Monday as the U.S. dollar stumbled to a four-month low following President Donald Trump's failure to push through healthcare reform legislation last week.
Europe's leading Blue-chip index, EURO STOXX 50 declined 1.20 points or 0.04 percent to trade at 3,419.50. UK's benchmark index FTSE 100 lost 12.35 points or 0.17 percent to trade at 7,312.37.
Meanwhile, Germany's benchmark index DAX gained 18.60 points or 0.16 percent to trade at 11,922.72. French benchmark index CAC 40 fell 7.58 points or 0.15 percent to trade at 4,987.12.
