Indian rupee has strengthened on Friday against US dollar. Indian currency rose 10 paise or 0.16 percent against dollar to trade at 62.57. Rupee has witnessed a high of 62.57 and a low of 62.79. Its 52-week range was 58.34-63.89.

The Dollar index, a measure of the value of the US dollar relative to a basket of foreign currencies, declined 0.02 percent to trade at 97.42.

Indian rupee has depreciated on Thursday against US dollar. Indian currency declined 33 paise or 0.53 percent against dollar to settle at 62.67. Rupee has witnessed a high of 62.54 and a low of 62.77. Its 52-week range was 58.34-63.89.
