Force Motors has signed a joint venture (JV) agreement for development, manufacture and marketing of engines, engines for power generation, complete power generators and engines for various applications like Rail with MTU Friedrichshafen GmbH, Germany, a subsidiary of Rolls-Royce Power Systems AG, Germany. 

The stock had underperformed the market over the past one month till Mar. 20, 2018, falling 7.14% compared with the Sensex's 2.10% decline.  It underperformed the market in past one quarter, declining 9.97% as against 2.31% fall in the Sensex.

Shares of the company gained Rs 87.8, or 3.14%, to trade at  Rs 2,884.00.  The total volume of shares traded  was  16,781 at the BSE (9.35 a.m., Wednesday).
