Indian equities traded lower on Tuesday. At 9.55 a.m, the Sensex was trading down 67.09 points or 0.18% at 36,327.94. Meanwhile, the Nifty was trading lower by 12.70 points or 0.12% at 10,876.10.

Major losers in the 30-share index were Infosys (2.57%), Tata Consultancy Services(2.15%), Hero Motocorp (1.38%), HCL Technologies (1.21%), Bajaj Auto (1.19%) and Bajaj Finance (1.15%).

On the other hand, Coal India (1.60%), Power Grid Corporation Of India (1.48%), M&M (1.45%), Reliance (1.11%) and ITC (0.96%) were the major gainers in the Sensex.
