Piramal Enterprises has received an approval for issue of secured Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs) aggregating up to Rs 5 billion on private placement basis.

These NCDs are proposed to be listed on Wholesale Debt Market segment of NSE. The Administrative Committee constituted by the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on June 27, 2017 approved for the same.

Total volume of shares traded on the bourses today was lower by 63.26% to 94,531 compared with 22-day average volume of 257,301.

Shares of the company declined Rs 35.6, or 1.26%, to trade at  Rs 2,785.00.  The total volume of shares traded  was  5,107 at the BSE (12.43 p.m., Tuesday).
