Smartlink Network Systems has made an investment of Rs 100 million in its wholly owned subsidiaries, namely Digisol Systems.

The company has invested in one crore shares (100%) of Rs 10 each making the total investment in the subsidiary to Rs 100 million on March 27, 2017.

Total volume of shares traded on the bourses today was lower by 83.96% to 22,917 compared with 22-day average volume of 142,834.

Shares of the company gained Rs 2.15, or 2.2%, to trade at Rs 99.85. The total volume of shares traded was 4,147 at the BSE (10.36 a.m., Tuesday).
