Indian Hume Pipe Company has secured a Work Order of Rs 1.35 billion from Public Health & Municipal Engineering Department, Govt. of Andhra Pradesh-Tadipatri Municipality, under Atal Mission for Rejuvenation and Urban Transformation (AMRUT 2016-20) - for Tadipatri Water Suply improvement scheme.
The stock had underperformed the market over the past one month till Feb. 21, 2018, falling 13.06% compared with the Sensex's 4.69% decline. It underperformed the market in past one quarter, declining 21.93% as against 1.09% rise in the Sensex.
Shares of the company declined Rs 3.3, or 0.86%, to trade at Rs 379.00. The total volume of shares traded was 93 at the BSE (10.02 a.m., Thursday).
