HDFC Bank, one of India's premier digital banks has partnered with ZineOne to provide rich digital banking experience to its customers across all digital channels.
As part of this partnership, ZineOne, a start-up based in Silicon Valley in the US, will deploy its innovative Customer Interactions Hub (CIH) to provide personalized, seamless, and rich digital banking experiences across all digital banking channels of the bank. It will benefit over 40 million customers of the bank.
The Customer Interactions Hub will establish a single customer identity and bring real-time, contextual, and omni-channel functionality tointeractions across businesses, applications and digital properties including web applications, mobile apps, digital wallet, website, kiosks, and ATMs. This will enable a seamless customer experience across HDFC Bank’s Netbanking, Mobile Banking, and apps such as PayZapp (a complete payment solution), Loan Assist, and HDFC Securities, among others.

Shares of the bank gained Rs 11.85, or 0.7%, to settle at Rs 1,699.65. The total volume of shares traded was 56,513 at the BSE (Wednesday).
