Dollar-rupee futures gained on Tuesday. USDINR April contract moved up 1 paisa or 0.02 percent at 63.03 as against previous close of 63.02.
The most active April contract witnessed a high of 63.375 and a low of 63.005 after opening at 63.38.
A total of 0.8 million contracts were traded till 12:05 pm. Turnover for April contract was at Rs 50.24 billion. Meanwhile, open interest was at 1.16 million.
Indian rupee has depreciated on Tuesday against US dollar. Indian currency fell 6 paise or 0.10 percent against dollar to trade at 62.98.
