BAF digitises loan collections with Nucleus Software FinnOne mCollect

Nucleus Software, the leading provider of lending and transaction banking solutions to the global financial services industry, today announced that Bussan Auto Finance India (BAF India) has successfully completed the deployment of Nucleus FinnOne mCollect.

BAF India, a joint venture of Mitsui & Co. and Yamaha Co. was established to enrich customers' lives by providing customer-friendly and high quality financial services. The company's goal is to become the most preferred financier for customers and dealers of Yamaha two wheelers across India.

To support the company's goal, BAF India wanted to leverage the power of mobile devices to enhance efficiency, reduce the cost of collections and deliver an improved customer experience. FinnOne mCollect is helping BAF India to automate their manual processes, reduce the risks associated with float money and offer customer friendly doorstep collections. The intuitive solution enables paperless processing, helps users allocate cases on their mobile devices and automates other time consuming procedures such as issuance and reconciliation.

Shares of the company gained Rs 2.95, or 1.08%, to trade at Rs 277.10. The total volume of shares traded was 1,440 at the BSE (10.16 a.m., Thursday).
