Ahluwalia Contracts (India) has secured new order of Rs 4.25 billion (approx) for Construction of Govt. Medical College & Hospital Building at Chapra, Bihar.

The Total order inflow during the FY 2018-2019 stands at Rs 35.29 billion.

The stock had underperformed the market over the past one month till Dec. 14, 2018, falling 9.21% compared with the Sensex's 2.34% rise. It outperformed the market in past one quarter, declining 1.38% as against 5.59% fall in the Sensex.

Shares of the company gained Rs 14.95, or 5.24%, to trade at Rs 300. The total volume of shares traded was 379 at the BSE (3.15 p.m., Monday).
