Zee Learn said that consequent to exercise of stock options granted by the company under its ESOP scheme, the company has allotted total 2,39,189 equity shares consisting of 1,83,127 equity shares of Re 1 a share at an exercise price of Rs 20.85 a share, 49,562 equity shares of Re 1 a share at an exercise price of Rs 14.50 a share and 6,500 equity shares of Re 1, each at an exercise price of Rs 26.05 a share.

Recently, the company had allotted total 36,550 equity shares consisting of 29,050 equity shares of re 1 each at an exercise price of Rs 14.50 per equity share and 7,500 equity shares of re 1 each at an exercise price of Rs 26.05 per equity share.

Shares of the company gained Rs 0.85, or 2.28%, to settle at Rs 38.10. The total volume of shares traded was 119,831 at the BSE (Wednesday).
