YES BANK, India's fifth largest private sector bank has redesigned its organizational structure to further accelerate its retail and SME focus.
Senior group president, Pralay Mondal, will now also head the commercial business banking which focusses on medium enterprises & rural banking segments of the bank, in addition to branch banking, business banking (small enterprises) and retail.
The bank has planned to expand its network to 1,500 branches by Mar'18 and to 2,500 branches by Mar'20.
Shares of the bank declined Rs 20.75, or 3.01%, to trade at Rs 668.75. The total volume of shares traded was 247,103 at the BSE (12.48 p.m., Tuesday).
