Warhol divested 1.84% stake in NCC (erstwhile Nagarjuna Construction Company), for Rs 330.71 million on Wednesday. It sold 4,714,332 shares of the company at a price of Rs 70.15 a share.

In contrary to this, Ohm Equity Solution India picked 0.55% stake in NCC. It bought 1,399,000 shares at a price of Rs 71.07 a share.

Recently, the company has reported loss of Rs 30.32 million for quarter ended Jun. 30, 2014 compared with a profit of Rs 105.30 for the same period previous year. Net sales for the quarter has grown 8% to Rs 14,895.77 million.
