VHCL Industries announced Monday it has secured a new export order worth Rs 227 million from one of its existing cuslomers, Star lmpex LLC, for the supply of 3500 MT of recycled plastic granules, starting August 20'15.

"This development is in line wth the company's emphasis to focls on development of export markets as a growth area in the coming years. Wth the successful receipt of this order, the company has ensured that this yeafs perfrrmance targets set out by the board are in line," the company said.

Shares of the company declined Rs 0.01, or 0.72%, to trade at Rs 1.37. The total volume of shares traded was 53,790 at the BSE (12.00 p.m., Monday).
