Ujaas Energy, engaged in the manufacture and distribution of transformers, announced that the company has received a Letter of Intent (LoI) worth Rs 658.8 million for hydroelectric power plant in West Bengal.
The LoI is awarded for design & engineering, manufacturing and procurement, supply, installation, testing and commissioning including Warrantee obligation, for 10MW of Teesta Canal Fall Hydroelectric Power Plant, Stage-II at Haptiagachh, Uttar Dinajpur, West Bengal.
Ujaas energy is an India-based company engaged in the manufacture and sale of solar power. The company operates business in three segments which include e transformer, solar power plant operation and manufacturing & sale of solar power systems.
Shares of the company gained Rs 0.28, or 1.8%, to trade at Rs 15.82. The total volume of shares traded was 31,886 at the BSE (11.18 a.m., Wednesday).
