Ujaas Energy, engaged in the manufacture and distribution of transformers, witnessed a rise in share price on Wednesday after the company received a letter of allotment (LoA) worth Rs 80 million from Solar Energy Corporation of India (SECI).
The LoA is awarded for design, engineering, manufacture, supply, erection, testing and commissioning including warranty, operation & mentainence of roof top solar PV system of 1000 kWp at Andaman & Nicobar Islands.
Ujaas energy is an India-based company engaged in the manufacture and sale of solar power. The company operates business in three segments which include e transformer, solar power plant operation and manufacturing & sale of solar power systems.
Shares of Ujaas Energy are trading at Rs 15.20, up Rs 0.61, or 4.18% at the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) on Wednesday at 12:03 p.m.
The scrip has touched an intra-day high of Rs 15.50 and low of Rs 15.00. The total volume of shares traded at the BSE is 32,622.
