Trilogic Digital Media (TDML), which is India's fastest growing broadcast management & audio visual content syndication company, today announced its collaboration with ITV Network, India's premier news broadcasting network.

The strategic alliance will se ITV parking its non-news channels with Trilogic and will see the launch of a multi genre entertainment broadcasting network.

The first offering from this stable is 'INSIGT', which is positioned as the world's first 4k channel which is all set to revolutionize TV viewing in India.

Shares of the company declined Rs 0.55, or 3.42%, to trade at Rs 15.55. The total volume of shares traded was 29,900 at the BSE (1.33 p.m., Thursday).
