Trigyn Technologies said the company's subsidiary Trigyn Technologies Inc. received extension of 8 months in contract from the United Nations. The contract will be extended from the expiration date of Oct. 31, 2015.

The contract was extended in order to support communication and IT at the UN missions and other UN offices, the company said.

The revised contract term will now expire not later than Jun. 30, 2016, it added.

Shares of the company declined Rs 1.05, or 2.67%, to settle at Rs 38.30. The total volume of shares traded was 5,696 at the BSE (Monday).
