Transglobe Foods (TFL) today announced the launch of its first prototype in-house mobile phone application 'whiskR'.

The mobile application will be available on all 3 major platforms, i.e. iOS, Android and Windows, modelled as an unbiased food product review app with its tagline 'Click. Share. Repeat, the company said.

The food services and technology market in India is touted to be worth over USD 50 billion and growing at the rate of more than 15% a year and the company foresees great potential for growth here.

Shares of the company gained Rs 2.20, or 2.29%, to trade at Rs 98.40 at the BSE (12.37 p.m.,).
