Thomas Cook arm completes acquisition of Brainhunter Systems

Thomas Cook (India), the integrated travel and travel related financial services company, announced that its subsidiary company, IKYA Human Capital Solutions has completed acquisition of Brainhunter Systems on Oct 23, 2014. It also announced that 7,000,100 shares of common stock being 100% of the issued, subscribed and paidup share capital of Brainhunter Systems has been transferred in favour of Ikya Human Capital Solutions.

Thus Brainhunter Systems is a wholly owned subsidiary of Ikya with effect from Oct. 23, 2014 and correspondingly, of Thomas Cook (India).

Earlier on Sept. 18, 2014, the company announced that Ikya Human Capital Solutions signing of a definitive agreement to acquire Brainhunter Systems.

Shares of the company gained Rs 2.05, or 1.36%, to trade at Rs 152.90. The total volume of shares traded was 12,635 at the BSE (9.51 a.m., Tuesday).
