Tech Mahindra, a specialist in digital transformation, consulting and business re-engineering, Wednesday announced that it has been selected by Circle Health after a competitive procurement process to become their chosen technology partner for the next 10 years.
The project will be delivered by nth Dimension, a newly formed wholly owned subsidiary of Tech Mahindra in the United Kingdom. The deal was signed Wednesday and is worth a projected pound 50 million over the 10 years.

Shares of the company declined Rs 2.95, or 0.54%, to trade at Rs 542.95. The total volume of shares traded was 7,867 at the BSE (9.22 a.m., Thursday).
