Tech Mahindra, a provider of digital transformation, consulting and business re-engineering, witnessed a rise in share price on Tuesday after it has has signed an agreement with Bombardier Commercial Aircraft. The company will develop the Aircraft Ground Support System (AGSS) for Bombardier's Aircraft Health Management System (AHMS) for the C Series family of aircraft.
The AGSS will facilitate real-time and post-flight recorded data management, fault notification and diagnostic reporting. By leveraging the large amount of data recorded and transmitted from C Series aircraft, the AHMS will allow operators to make sound decisions on aircraft performance and maintenance.
Shares of Tech Mahindra are trading at Rs 574.90, up Rs 5.25, or 0.92% at the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) on Tuesday at 9:39 a.m.
Total volume of shares traded on the bourses today was lower by 89.61% to 174,483 compared with 22-day average volume of 1,679,225.
