Tata Motors, India's largest automobile company and leader in commercial vehicles across segments, among the top 10 truck and bus manufactures' globally today launched its next-generation range of ULTRA light and intermediate commercial vehicles, with partners Nitol Motors.
Equipped with a superior well-designed next-generation cab, robust chassis frame, heavy-duty suspension, and aggregate technologies, the Tata ULTRA has also set new benchmarks in styling, safety and features keeping in mind ever evolving needs of the commercial vehicle customer of tomorrow.
Rudrarup Maitra, head, commercial vehicles business unit, International Business, Tata Motors said "The launch of Tata Motors ULTRA range of trucks, is an important milestone in our' continued expansion in Bangladesh and the SAARC region, offering customers with a next-generation trucking solution, shaped by technology and expertise with global standards of power, durability, payload and safety."
Shares of the company gained Rs 8.65, or 2.51%, to trade at Rs 353.55. The total volume of shares traded was 668,480 at the BSE (1.58 p.m., Thursday).
