Tata Capital Housing Finance (TCHFL), the wholly owned subsidiary of Tata Capital, today announced that its total loan portfolio had touched the landmark figure of Rs 100 billion. This has now placed Tata Capital Housing Finance among the top 6 housing finance companies in the country.

TCHFL has witnessed a year-on-year growth of over 40%, since its inception in 2010 and has disbursed home loans amounting to Rs.45.63 billion last fiscal. With ambitious plans for the next 3 years, the company aims to grow even faster over the next five years.
