The restructuring of the business is an integral part of TAKE's go-to-market strategy to meet multiple objectives such as catering to the regulatory demands of clients and creating a more efficient organization which can focus on innovation.

Shares of the company gained Rs 1.50, or 1.58%, to trade at Rs 96.65 at the BSE (1.35 p.m., Thursday).
