Symphony disclosed a substantial rise in standalone net profit for the quarter ended September 2015. During the quarter, the profit of the company rose 32.96% to Rs 287.60 million from Rs 216.30 million in the same quarter previous year.
Revenues for the quarter rose 24.45% to Rs 1,145.10 million, compared with Rs 920 million for the prior year period.
Commenting on the financial performance, Nrupesh Shah, executive director of Symphony said, ''The acquisition of MKE (Munters Keruilai Air Treatment Equipment (Gungdong) Co. China) is progressing as planned. Its acquisition is expected to be completed in next couple of months. Company has initiated necessary measures to integrate its operations. The sustained growth is on account of strong performance across all business verticals. We are witnessing buoyant demand across the geographies and across the models.''

Operating margin for the quarter stood at 29.72 percent as compared to 25.92 percent for the previous year period. Operating Income for the quarter was Rs 340.30 million, compared with Rs 238.5 million in the previous year period.
Earnings per share for the quarter stood at Rs 8.22, registering 33.01% growth over previous year period.
Shares of the company gained Rs 166.95, or 8.4%, to settle at Rs 2,154.95. The total volume of shares traded was 54,051 at the BSE (Friday).
