Sunstar Realty Development, engaged in development residential, commercial, retail, is planning to gear up the pace of its business and it has entered into an agreement to acquire plot of land measuring 5 Cottah i.e. 3600 Sq. Ft. at Kolkata

The land measuring 3,600 square feet is situated at Mouza-Bhatenda, Rajarhat. The total consideration for the said land is Rs 5 million and company proposed to construct residential and commercial units on the same.

Shares of the company declined Rs 18.4, or 4.92%, to trade at Rs 355.50. The total volume of shares traded was 600 at the BSE (11.05 a.m., Tuesday).
