Sun TV Network, an Indian mass media company, witnessed a rise in share price on Thursday after the company partnered with HOOQ for delivery of movies of their premium VOD service.
HOOQ has recently entered into the Indian market with over 30,000 hours of movies and TV series. It will now carry Sun TV's library that includes films of different South Indian languages.
Shares of Sun TV Network are trading at Rs 340.05, up Rs 14.3, or 4.39% at the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) on Thursday at 10:48 a.m.
Total volume of shares traded on the bourses today was lower by 14.90% to 1,460,332 compared with 22-day average volume of 1,716,109.
