Subros announced a sharp rise in standalone net profit for the quarter ended December 2014. During the quarter, the profit of the company rose 2.21 times to Rs 38.60 million from Rs 17.50 million in the same quarter last year. Net sales for the quarter rose marginally 1.25% to Rs 2,810.00 million, compared with Rs 2,775 million for the prior year period. Earnings per share for the quarter stood at Rs 0.64, registering 2.21 times growth over previous year period.
